This is an official request for an NV-AB7 proficiency exemption request. The information contained in this request should be considered private. The information required on this page is necessary to verify and protect your school record from being accessed by unauthorized individuals.

Due to the High School Proficiency Examination (HSPE) no longer being a requirement under the Nevada Revised Statues and guidance regarding NV-AB7 (2017), a person who previously was denied graduation solely for failing to meet HSPE, may complete the following online application to determine the student’s eligibility for proficiency exemption. After your application is reviewed, you will receive notification approving or denying your eligibility.

If your request is approved, ONE official transcript will be provided to you free of charge. Please allow 10-30 days for a determination of your eligibility to be made.

*Additional copies may not be requested under this initial request. You may separately request an official transcript through our regular online ordering process (fees apply), once you receive the initial FREE approved proficiency exemption transcript.

You will receive emails from (scribonline@scribsoft.com) to notify you of the status of your order. It is important you read those emails carefully as additional information may be required to process your request.

ACCESSING THE ORDER TRACKER: Once the order has been submitted and payment received, you will be directed to a confirmation page which contains the link to the Order Tracker.
